During the Covid-19 epidemic, technology plays a critical role in the learning process. There is a demand for learning media that can help students study online, particularly in mathematics. This study aims to create android-based digital snakes and ladders learning medium that can be used during the learning process. The product of this research is an Android-based snakes and ladders game developed using the Android Studio application. This application was developed as a learning media for third-grade students in mathematics. This study used Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model. The topic was selected after conducting interviews at two different schools as part of a needs analysis. Interviews and questionnaires served as the data collection and verification instruments. Media and material specialists were used to validate the instruments. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques were used. The qualitative technique was used to analyze the results of the interviews, and the quantitative technique was used to analyze the validation instrument. Based on quantitative data, media expert validation received a score of 92.04% in the highest feasible category, while material expert validation received a score of 84.09%. The student response test scored 92.3% at the implementation stage. As a result, the digital snakes and ladders game developed for Android is appropriate for usage by third-grade elementary school students.
